Our Kent based steel fabrication and assembly workshop provides manufacturing facilities for bespoke metal work and machinery. Our fabrication space allows us to work on projects large and small, from individual parts and structural beams to complete staircase solutions.
We support local construction firms and architects as well as those undertaking self-driven projects. Working from your technical drawings or turning your sketches into a CAD diagram, our office can facilitate one off designs and custom installations. If required we can also visit your site to take measurements and assess the installation space*.
Our knowledge of agricultural equipment also sees us design custom parts to meet the heavy duty requirements of land owners.
You can submit your technical drawings, diagrams and files using the link below.
We also undertake custom iron fabrication too.
Following fabrication we can provide a finish suitable to the environment and application, whether that be galvanising for outdoor use, powder coating, painting or any other finish as required.
Finally our team can deliver and install your fabricated item, ready for use. We fabricate for clients across the South East including Kent, Essex, London, Sussex and Surrey as well as nationwide. To discuss your steel fabrication needs, please contact us.
Different projects, materials and finishes require the appropriate welding techniques. SGE Seal can offer the full range.
MIG and ARC welding are commonly used on heavy duty, aluminium and steel fabrications. Finer, more delicate projects and materials such as stainless steel, copper and brass lend themselves to TIG welding.
We also offer brazing which allows two dissimilar metals to be joined together.
SGE Seal is able to undertake repairs to existing metalwork. Whether caused by age, vandalism or pure accident, our team have made repairs to previously fabricated items, regardless of origin. This has included metal sculptures, gates, railings and decorative metalwork.
Repairs where possible can be carried out in situ or at our Sevenoaks fabrication workshop. To discuss your metal repair, please contact us
We use computer aided design (CAD) to accurately model and fabricate your project. We can work with existing CAD files, but also offer a design service.
As part of our design service we often visit the installation space to accurately measure, consider the access and environment implications as well as offering helpful guidance*. Working with your drawings and dimensions we can develop CAD diagrams ready for production.
* Our onsite service normally applies to customers within a 20 mile radius of our Sevenoaks based workshop. If you are outside this area and require a visit, please contact us so that we can advise of any cost applicable.
